Kotun ta umarci hukumar INEC ta daina kallon Emmanuel Bwacha a matsayin dan takarar APC kuma shi ma sanatan mai wakiltar Taraba ta Kudu ya daina gabatar da kansa a matsayin dan takarar na APC.

Hukuncin ya zo ne bayan wata kara da David Sabo Kente, daya daga cikin masu neman takarar gwamna a APC ya shigar inda ya kalubalanci jam'iyyar da cewa ba ta yi zaben fid da gwani a tsakanin masu neman takarar gwamnan Taraba ba.

Mai shari'ah Amobeda ya bayyana zargin sanar da sakamakon karya da ake zargin baturen zabe ya yi a filin jirgin saman Danbaba Suntai, kafin ficewa daga jihar, a matsayin wani abu da bai dace ba.

Lauyoyin jam'iyyar APC da dan takarar da kotu ta kora sun ce za su yi nazarin hukuncin kafin yanke shawara kan mataki na gaba da za su dauka.
